These constructions, together with their adjacent green area, will comprise a square called Artists' Square. The square will constitute the buffer zone between the extended University Campus and the Oituz Street, subject to intense public circulation, while ensuring the visibility of the Faculty of Theology. We emphasize that there are protected planted trees in the square, which have a unique landscaping value.
The Artists' Square makes the connection between the Oituz Street and a new Square created on the site by the spatial volumetric conformation of the investment, resulting in the University Square.
Through the intercultural activities to be carried out, this will become a symbol of the city of Timisoara, repeating the succession of markets specific to the Cetate area of Timisoara.
For the investment, Building 2 Construction, Nikolaus Lenau Theoretical High School for the N.Lenau Middle School, - Oituz Street, no. 4C, Timisoara, the following are insured:
• car parks, including service and intervention
• pedestrian access for students and teachers
• service and intervention access for construction activities
• public transport stations on both directions, with pedestrian crossings and appropriate markings, on the connecting road from Popa Şapcă Street and Calea Aradului.
